Data Analysis

We can either analyze preexisting data for trends to increase growth and profit and/or reduce losses and risk/liability. In the event that  no data exists we are willing to collect data over the course of any desired period of time. Collected data includes (but is not limited to) internal sales, customer growth and any data relating to social media and determining marketing costs such as the most efficient advertising to spend per dollar to increase net revenue and maximize total impressions.

Databases

After completing the data analysis portion of our services, which allows us to identify your desired metric(s) of our focus. We can create a data base in the form of a web application which can help us keep information organized allowing employees and managers to more easily utilize our analysis day to day by identifying trends. The organizational aspect of a database not only allows us to continually analyze a business’ growth. When paired with an algorithm our web application is able to make suggestions in a user friendly manner which helps employees, managers, salesman and accountants in all industries stay on top of their business.

 

Modeling

Our team will tailor a solution to any particular problem (or problems) in your business’ specific circumstance. After identifying the problem through our analytics and data collection phase. We than use statistical methods to present a detailed illustration of the problem and present the best  solutions based on our knowledge of risk, probability, finance and marketing. Models include a SQL (or SAAS) database, and a detailed visual presentation in Matlab and Excel.  

Algorithms / Solutions

Our all encompassing package comes with a full stack of the previous three services. A typical full package consists of a full in depth analysis of multiple economic & business metrics.(Ex. Revenue, profit and digital growth). With the Algorithmic Solutions package we include a complimentary 12 months of Database management on top of building an extensive collection of data. After identifying major problems and including every aspect of the Modelling package we will create an automated solution.

For example, using our knowledge of the automobile industry we were able to create a web application to organize an underperforming dealership by linking sales data from new and used cars with the service and parts departments. This has significantly decreased lost profit and streamlined the sales and taxation processes. As a result of Algorithms that find monitor the best prices of a various vehicles sold by a certain company on a daily basis, through linking publicly available data on pricing. Finally, using our expertise in mathematics we used various metrics such as milage, year and geographical region of ownership to predict the percentage change and estimate how a dealer stands to lose in the future.
